Managing your Human Resources can be very daunting, especially when you start looking into the many procedures and policies you need to follow.
Whether you have employees already or not, there will be something useful for you in this session. If you have your own solo business, you might think you don’t need to think about HR because you’re the only employee. As your business grows though, you might realise that you do need to expand your team. If you already have employees, you might want to find better processes to handle recruitment, contracts and policies.
